First Step

Yesterday evening, Constance took her 1st step. Keith was holding her hands and had the baby walking to me. He let go of her and she took one step! It was awesome and I am thriled that both of us got to see it!

  2. It was kind of freaky. She develops so quickly. One minute she is rolling. The next she is doing halfsie push-ups. Then she is up all the way. She moved on from there into a low crawl and morphed into an all four mad dash. She was pulling up and standing not long after that then transitioned into a hybrid guerilla crawl using one hand and foot to drag the other half of her body wherever she wanted to go. And now...one step! Totally awesome!

  3. Before everyone gets excited about Miss Constance we first have to look into the grandparent handbook. On page 44, paragraph 7(b) states that unless a grandparent is there to actually witness the alleged walking, stepping, or running episode it does not really exist. So therefore we need to witness the walking rumor frist hand at the soonest possible opportunity....hint hint. That is great about Constance. Nanny and I look forward to trying to catch up..
